BookmarkResistance 3, the latest release in the spectacular Playstation exclusive franchise, follows the story of former Sentinel Joseph Capelli. Dishonorably discharged and with no means of contributing to the cause, Capelli goes into hiding with his family and other survivors. With 90% of the human population either dead or converted into Chimeran soldiers, the United States has fallen to the Chimeran onslaught, and the future for the human race looks bleak.
However, arriving in the hideout with Capelli is a Dr. Fyodor Malikov, promising an opportunity to strike a blow against the Chimeran forces across the US. With renewed optimism, Capelli and Malikov set off on an epic journey from Oklahoma to New York City, encountering the final remnants of humanity on the way.
The trademark online features that have been included with every Resistance title return, with new weapons, new maps and new features, the online multiplayer part of the game looks set to be the best yet. Battle in 16 player competitive matches over five varied game types, or battle your way through the campaign with friends either online or in split-screen. Resistance 3 looks set to be an incredible game, and is only available on Playstation 3.
